At the John Paul II Center in Kraków, Poland, Knights of Columbus prepared more than 3000 care packages for those suffering from the impact of the war in Ukraine. Brother Knights from Council 7432 in Calgary, Alberta, felt inspired to extend the reach of their local Coats for Kids program and help children in Ukraine who need a winter jacket. Following successful parish fundraisers, the Alberta Knights, with the help of the Supreme Council, sent the funds to Polish Knights, who purchased and delivered coats to Knights in Ukraine. Ukrainian Knights then distributed them to the children of fallen soldiers in Lviv.
