A Year of Solidarity

The Russian invasion of Ukraine one year ago spurred one of the largest relief efforts in Knights of Columbus history. Since February 2022, Knights around the world have prayed for peace and raised more than $20 million for the Order’s Ukraine Solidarity Fund. In collaboration with Knights in Ukraine and Poland, the local Greek- and Latin-rite Catholic Churches, and partnering organizations, the Order has welcomed refugees, brought supplies and care packages to war-torn areas, cared for orphans and those with disabilities, fought human trafficking, and helped remove land mines. As the war enters its second year, the Knights of Columbus remains committed to standing with the people of Ukraine. Learn more at kofc.org/ukraine. Each year, the Dominican Liturgical Center in Kraków, Poland, organizes an “Extraordinary Music Workshop,” a weeklong sacred music course that attracts participants from Western Europe and the United States.
