Just before Christmas this year, Massachusetts Knights organized a Coats for Kids event at Boston’s Cathedral of the Holy Cross, giving away more than 1,000 coats to children. “The Coats for Kids initiative of the Knights of Columbus is a wonderful opportunity to help a lot of families who are going through a difficult period,” said Cardinal Seán O’Malley, archbishop of Boston. “In the Church, we have nothing to compare to the Knights of Columbus that brings so many families to the Church and gives them a sense of community.” For more information about the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids program, visit kofc.org/coats.
