1,000 Coats for Kids in Nebraska! On November 12, 2016 the Nebraska Knights of Columbus provided over 1,000 new coats to youth in need throughout the city. With the distribution falling on the date of a Husker football home game, the Knights created a tailgate experience for the youth and their families, as former NFL player Chris Bober and the 1972 Heisman Trophy Winner Johnny Rodgers, helped distribute the coats.
