Since 1982, Knights in Council 1489 in Rapid City, South Dakota have organized a Thanksgiving dinner for people in need in their community. At the 40th annual event this year, councils from all over South Dakota came together to feed more than 1,200 people. The annual event provides community and camaraderie during what might otherwise be a time of loneliness for those in need. New Jersey Knights Re-Enact Passion of Christ

On Good Friday 2023, Knights from council 17245 in Paterson, NJ, re-enacted the Passion of Christ through a Via Crucis in the city streets. Culminating at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist ahead of Good Friday Liturgy, nearly 2000 people watched as the story of Our Lord’s suffering and death was retold on the most solemn of days.
