On Dec. 11, 2022, thousands gathered at the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine in Oklahoma City for the dedication of Tepeyac Hill, a re-creation of the site in Mexico City where Mary appeared to St. Juan Diego in 1531. The ceremony included the blessing of newly installed statues of Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Juan Diego, funded by Oklahoma Knights. “We’re very proud to have the Knights involved in this project,” said Archbishop Paul Coakley of Oklahoma City, adding, “I encourage men to learn about the Knights of Columbus to become more active in their faith.” Become a Knight today: http://kofc.org/join Subscribe now to keep up with the Knights! http://bit.ly/SubscribeKnightsOfColumbus Stay connected on social media: https://www.facebook.com/KnightsofColumbus https://twitter.com/kofc https://www.instagram.com/kofc_official Visit us at: http://www.kofc.org

Cor: Building an Intentional Relationship with Christ
0:00
Cor meetings exist to strengthen and form Catholic men in faith and virtue as missionary disciples. The name is drawn from the motto of St. John Henry Newman, Cor ad cor loquitur, which is Latin for “Heart speaks to heart.” Distinct from the monthly council business meeting, the Cor meeting is designed to help Catholic men build a more intentional relationship with Christ through prayer, formation, and fraternity. Sister Grace Dominic is a Sister of Life. In 2002, while working as a journalist, she was sent to Toronto to cover World Youth Day, and Saint John Paul II’s visit to Canada. She had never experienced anything like what she saw both from the crowds or the late Pontiff, who despite declining health, defiantly joined the hundreds of thousands of young people that week. The question left Sister at the end of the experience was, what now? Join Sister Grace Dominic as she explores the Saint John Paul II Shrine in Washington, DC, reflecting on the saint who helped inspire her vocation to religious life.
